Payment Terms
- A 15% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation to secure all arrangements.
- A 70% payment is due 60 days prior to the tour start date.
- The final 15% balance must be settled no later than 30 days prior to the tour start date.
- For bookings made within 30 days of the tour start date, full payment is required immediately upon confirmation.
- Payments can be made via international bank transfer or credit card. Please note that a 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
- All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 60 days before tour start date: 15% cancellation fee (equivalent to the deposit).
- Between 59 and 30 days before tour start date: 70% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Within 30 days of the tour start date or no-show: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- No refunds will be given for unused services, including transfers, accommodation, meals, or excursions once the tour has commenced.
- All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by the tour operator to be valid.
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected changes, cancellations, or emergencies.
